Cressey & Company and Guardian Life Announce Partnership to Accelerate Growth for Guardian Subsidiary, Avēsis

Objectives:

Work with Guardian, Cressey and, Avesis executive leadership to execute the strategic objectives of the partnership and transaction post-close.

Role We Played: Transition Management Office representing Guardian and liaison to Cressey / Avesis leadership - Oversaw all transition service obligations; Facilitated completion of the TSA. This included Governance, monitoring transition costs, priorities and, escalations. Prepared Guardian board members on progress, risks and, recommendations monthly.
